Born on 1^st June 1957 in an agricultural family as second son to Late Janakirama Raju and Mrs.Savitrimma in Rachapalli village of Prathipadu Mandal, East Godavari District, A.P. He had his Primary & High School Education at his Uncle’s place Mosalapalli where he was pruned and cultivated good habits. When the mentor was Mr.D.U.V.Raju of Mosalapalli, the inspiration to him was his adorable mother and the works of Swami Vivekananda. This inspiration instigates him to install the worlds` biggest Swami Vivekananda Statue on the top of a hill at Prathipadu adjacent to N.H.5.He did Graduation in Commerce in Andhra Loyola College, Vijayawada and M.Com at D.N.R.College, Bhimavaram.

                                                       Right from the childhood he had a dream to generate employment rather than being an employee. His dream materialized by the inception of Minerva Public School in the year 1987 hardly with 16 students in a remote village Prathipadu which lacked basic amenities. When our dream is genuine external forces will automatically come forward to extend their support. This fact has been proved by making that tiny institution to blossom to a four digit booming number from Nursery to Degree in a residential set up along with professional colleges like B.Ed., D.Ed., and I.T.I. Minerva has now expanded to Vizag city with 4 branches and still has been generating employment to more than 400 people by imparting education to around 5000 students.

                                                        The inspiration of Swami Vivekananda works propelled him to join in Lionism in the year 1984-85 in Lions Club Kakinada. Traveling 40 Kms to attend Club meetings up to 1998-99 shows his zeal towards the Organization. He was transferred as Charter President Lions Club Prathipadu during 1998-99. As a charter President he has extended 7 new clubs and created a new trend in extension. He handled all the important portfolios successfully and won many awards and rewards including the rare International President Medal during 2003-04. He has released 3 books on Lionism ‘Nivedita’, ‘Antharmukham’ and ‘Parasuvedi’ and was acclaimed by many lions of his and neighboring Districts.

                                                        He is happily married to Mrs.Sairukmini and blessed with a daughter Avanti and a son Avinash. Avanti pursued her M.C.A and got married to Lion.Rajgopal (B.Tech).Avinash has done his M.B.A. and has made his beginning being the member of the Minerva management. His elder brother Mr.Gopi is also in Lionism and helping him in all his endeavors.
